Re: Dinner 11/5 Not sure. We had takeout for lunch and we're all still kind of rolling around the house paying for it. We don't get takeout often anymore. It's a special treat and we always seem to overdo it even though we try not to.

Re: Dinner 11/5 I'm having the last of my veggie sauce over pasta. I take any veggies I have (this time broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zuchinni (sp.) and saute them, add a can of crushed tomatoes, olives, some kind of bean (ususally white kidney) and simmer. I'm finishing up the last of it tonight. Diane

Re: Dinner 11/5 John had chicken corn chowder with garlic cheesy bread, Jennie and Sarah had chicken fries and apple slices, and I had Cinnamon Life - no cooking going on here either. I did cook lunch, but John had to go to work, so dinner got to be whatever you feel like!

Re: Dinner 11/5 I was going to make chicken cutlet, mashed potatoes and vegetables but my DH is working and my DD had to stay at work until 7:00 so instead the kid's had Stouffer's Lasagna and I had Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie. No cooking here today either !!
