| FYI- the best grilled cheese ever What I initially was going to make (before the hot dog craving) was a grilled cheese. However, lack of my favorite bread stopped me. This is the best grilled cheese EVAH! Use the English Muffin toasting bread slathered with butter, put American cheese slices in the middle (no floppy cheese aka Kraft Singles - blech!), and put on the George Foreman grill for a few minutes. YUMMO! So crisp and buttery!!

| Yummy, I love grilled cheese but never tried it on the George Forman, hmmmm...looks like I may have that this weekend!
