| The food that went with the beer First we had Pinkus Organic Munster Alt with Smoked Bavarian Sausage that was braised in beer then grilled, it was served with some bread and some German mustard called Tirder Sweet Mustard. The sauasage was from a local butcher shop called Spars. Then we had Stone Ruination IPA with Eggplant marinaded in IPA then Grilled. ( marinade also had oil cured black olives, balsamic vinegar, white pepper, honey and fresh taragon) Then we had Sauteed Chicken Cutlets with Orange Cranberry Pan sauce- we tried 2 different beers with this- Moinette Belgian Ale ( which is a 'farmhouse style Belgian beer) and then we had Dogfish Head Red and White which had pinot grapes in it and was aged in oak. I liked it alot! It was really intersting and I 'll never think of beer quite the same. The guy who taught the class writes a column about beer in a local magazine- he was so interesting!

| At Delish on Elmwood. I really like the classes there and have made it a monthly 'treat' to myself. DelishElmwood.com

| I have never heard of that place. I checked the website and it sounds really interesting and unusual (well, for Buffalo, anyway!). I'm going to ask around and see if anyone I know has ever gone there.
