| Mine are real easy. I stuff them with ground beef, rice, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. I use tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, garlic, salt and pepper to cover over them. I normally (depending on the size of the peppers) bake them at 350 for an hour to an hour and a half.

| We have 8 assorted pepper plants in the garden so I make stuffed peppers alot. I use a combination of ground beef and sausage browned with onions and garlic, add tomato sauce, cooked instant rice, and 1 egg. Then top with parmesan cheese and bake for about 30-40 minutes at 350. I also parboil the peppers for about 5 minutes before stuffing. Last edited by luvnwdwgal; 08-12-2007 at 10:47 AM. |

| i don't like them, but my mom makes them sometimes. she just puts white rice in the bottom of a green pepper, then puts some hamburg on top, mixed almost like a meatloaf. then she tops them with tomato paste, or most of the time ketchup, and cooks until done. i only like the hamburg part of them, so i never eat it. if all else fails, try All recipes – complete resource for recipes and cooking tips . they have recipes for literally everything you can think of.
