| Peanut butter and.... what? What do you put on your peanut butter sandwich? I just made a pb sandwich for lunch. Resisted the temptation to make it a fluffernutter and we're out of the "right" jam. I don't remember my mom ever making them with anything except grape jelly. But I clearly remember a grade school friend of mine who only ate "apricot and crunchy"

| I haven't had peanut butter since April of 2004! If I could eat peanut butter today: I prefer PB and grape jelly, but strawberry jam is yummy too! Dd has been eating fruit spread sandwiches since she was 1yo so "jelly" is interchangable to her. She eats PB with apricot, blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, cherry and "fruits of the forest." Not all together...but we have all of them in the fridge and she just requests her flavor each day!

| Almost always it's PB&J, but I do have a PB and Banana every so often... I add a layer of banana slices to the peanut butter.

| strawberry jelly! I'm never tried it with bananas. But that sounds good. When I think of peanut butter and banana sandwiches I think of Elvis I won't eat "The Elvis" ![]() " The Elvis sandwich (sometimes simply "The Elvis") is a fried sandwich consisting of peanut butter, bananas, and sometimes bacon. It was supposedly one of Elvis Presley's favorite foods in his final years. The sandwich that has become known as the Elvis is simple to make. This recipe comes from his cook: Toast two slices of soft white bread in a toaster. Spread peanut butter on one slice, slice banana on top of the peanut butter, and cover with the other piece of toast. Fry the sandwich in a hot skillet with melted butter. " |

| Most of the time I like it with strawberry jam or honey. Occasionally I like peanut butter and banana sandwiches and when I'm in a really weird mood I like peanut butter and sweet pickle sandwiches.

| It depends on my mood First off, I cannot get down straight peanut butter, so it has to have a partner or two. Secondly, I only do creamy. My preferences are (in no particular order): -- fluff (discovered this one in between kids) -- strawberry fruit spread (trying to be good here) -- pineapple preserves (I have to "import" these in from WV as I can't buy them here in Cincinnati) -- strawberry fruit spread and banana slices

| I love Goober Grape - the peanut butter and Jelly already in a jar. Sometimes I will break down and not be lazy and make PB&J the old fashioned way, and sometimes I just do peanut butter. My favorite is peanut butter and banana, though. ![]()
