Joan -that sounds so yummy! I'm doing Weight Watcher's points system now so I will have to try to figure out the points for that and maybe make that for a Mother's day
treat.

Sounds good. So what did you end up using for your low fat options?

Here's the recipe with my changes in red:

2 lb., 8 oz. strawberries (frozen variety, thawed with juice)
2 lbs 8 oz strawberries (frozen in a Splenda juice)
16 oz. heavy cream

16 oz Fat Free Half n Half
2 oz. sour cream

2 oz Fat Free Sour Cream
3 oz. plain yogurt

3 oz Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt with Splenda
8 oz. fresh strawberries

8 oz fresh strawberries
1. Mix first four ingredients.
2. Beat slowly until well mixed and a smooth consistency.
3. Chill; shake well before serving.
4. Add fresh strawberries as garnish.

4. Slice fresh strawberries into fans and hang on the bowl. The first few sank into the soup, so "garnishing the bowl" was a more festive look.
