Zonya's Health Bites

Does anyone watch "Zonya's Health Bites"? I really like that show. She is all about good healthy nutrition and exercise. She makes the information very easy to understand and remember so that you can incorporate that into your life. I also like the recipes she has on the show. I just came across the show one afternoon and now I try not to miss it.
