| no artificial sugar peanut butter and banana cookies My cousin gave me this recipe and it's a huge hit at our house!!! Peanut Butter And Banana Cookies 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2/3 cup honey 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (up to) 2/3 cup peanut butter 1 cup mashed, very ripe banana 1 cup whole-wheat flour 1 cup oatmeal 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt These cookies are very soft. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together the oil and honey. Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter, then stir in the mashed banana. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir into the liquid mixture. Blend well. Drop onto oiled baking sheets by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on racks. Sometimes I even had raisins or craisins. They'Re very good and makes good snack.

| YUM! Honey always makes baked goods nice and soft. I'm definitely making those, maybe even to take with us on our trip down to WDW on Saturday! Thanks for the recipe!
