| Another Pasta Salad I got this recipe from a co-worker, that I made tonight. 1 lb garden rotoni 1 green bell pepper 1 red onion 2 small cans sliced black olives 1 package feta cheese crumbles Zesty Italian Dressing Boil pasta, drain and cool. Cut bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces, add to pasta. Stir in the olives and cheese. Stir in dressing, about half of the big bottle. (it should be a little dry looking) Refrigerate until cold. Stir again to mix, serve. I can eat the whole thing. You could probably add other veggies and chicken, shrimp, crab also. |

| I make something similar all the time in the summer super quick and easy and I just pick up some french bread and dinner is done. But I'm not much for onions and bell peppers so I use cucumbers and grape tomatoes with parm cheese -- I never thought about feta and I love feta so I'm going to have to try that with the next batch. Thanks for the great idea

| I make mine similar with cucumbers, tomato, and little cubes of cheddar cheese.

| We use the same recipe except we use creamy Italian and Balsamic Vinegar dressing instead of Zesty.......it is so good.....May have to make some tonight.....
