Snack????? At midnight I have not even eatten dinner yet. I eat dinner at about 1 am (later if I have to deal with idiot kids at work), breakfast between 8 am and 11 am, and lunch about 2 pm. With working the midnight to 8 am shift I am all messed up with times and food.

I worked third shift for many years, and it really does screw up your eating (and sleeping) schedule! When I worked nights, we used to do potlucks on our weekend, so we would eat an entire meal around 2 or 3 am!

Tonight my midnight snack was split pea soup. DBF had made a huge pot for himself for dinner tonight, so I had to have a bowl before going to bed. It was delicious!

No eating after 7 at our house.: If I did have a midnight snack, it would most definately be ice cream.

We're a 2nd shifter household as well and DINNER is at midnight. LOL But for dessert I'll either have some Cola Gummie (I got my first ones in the Germany Pavilian at EPCOT) or I eat a Sugar Free Pudding. They've got a few new flavors that I LOVE!! (the Carmel reminds me of this butterscotch pudding I used to eat as a girl) with a squirt of sugar free whipped cream.

Actually sometimes DBF will just wait and make something for dinner when I get home at midnight.

Don't eat many midnight snacks, but a grilled cheese sandwich or a few Bagel Bites are occassional favorites.
