| My lazy day chicken -- I cut skinless boneless chicken breast halves in strips or pieces (halves, thirds) depending on the mood I'm in (you could probably keep them whole, but the crust is the best part!) Dip in milk. Dredge through a mixture that's 1 part parmesean cheese, 2 parts Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 till done.

| It's not baked chicken, but tonight I made same deep-fried beer battered chicken. It is so easy you just cut the chicken breasts into strips and dust with flour. In a seperate bowl, you put some more flour and a can of Budweiser to make a batter. Dip the strips into the batter and then deep fry in small batches. Then I just pop them into the oven on a low heat until all the chicken has been deep fried. Enjoy!! ![]()

| When I don't have a lot of time, I like to just throw it in the oven with a can of cream of mushroom soup spread over it (aluminum foil to cover). Then I whip up a batch of my grandmother's rice pilaf and serve it all with some kind of vegetable (corn, if DH has anything to say about it)
