| Yummy cake recipe I made this cake for a picnic and it flew off the plate. Everyone loved it and I had several requests for the recipe. Lemon Ginger Ale Cake 1 (18 1/4 oz) box white cake mix (I used yellow cuz I had it already) 1 (3 oz) box lemon instant pudding mix 1 cup oil 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup ginger ale 1 tsp lemon zest In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased angel food or bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes; turn out onto wire rack for additional cooling. Lemon Cream Cheese Glaze 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp butter, softened 4 oz cream cheese, softened 1 tsp lemon zest 3 tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon) Mix it all and pour on cooled cake.

| thanks for posting....i will have to try that next week...have to make DNephews cake today. hard to believe 14 years ago at this time i was sitting in a room with my sister waiting for him to pop out |

| Thanks for the recipe - I've been craving lemon desserts since it's summertime. I was going to make lemon bars, but I might have to make this instead.
