| Cooking with Sweet Potatoes I have a recipe that looks like this: Minette's Sweet Potatoes 2lbs sweet potatoes 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 tea dried rosemary 1 tabl Splenda Brown sugar 1 tea garlic powder 1/4 tea cayenne pepper Combine ingredients and toss. Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes. So here's my question. I'm thinking I should definately cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes, right? But are they going to cook in 20 minutes? They're pretty dense. Any suggestions or does this sound right?

| Without question, they should be diced in medium size pieces. About 1/2 inch or smaller. Or, slice, toss, and then lay on a cookie sheet.
