| Quick!! You have a pitch in tomorrow, and what do you take? Lauren decided at the last minute she DID want to attend the "last blast" of the school year pitch-in that one of the families always has. They assigned what to bring by last name initial. Lucky us - we get to take a MAIN DISH!! I'm so happy I can't just bake a cake and call it done. Oh, joy oh joy!! We've decided on Peppered Beef (take huge, cheap cut of some sort of beef roast - the cheaper the better. Put into crock-pot with one jar Peppercinis, and some ground pepper, and cook for 8 hours!!) What would your old stand by be?

| Baked Spaghetti - brown ground beef (or uncooked sausage), uncooked pasta (I like rotini), jar of spaghetti sauce, half a jar of water, cover with grated/shredded cheese. Bake for an hour or so!

| I guess mine would be baked ziti. I'm not a good cook (OK - I stink at cooking!) so that's usually edible if I make it at least You choice is good Teresa!

| Chicken Noodle Casserole - my Jennie is a very fussy eater, and doesn't eat any other mixed foods or casseroles, except this or alfredo. So - I always offer to bring a main dish - and this is it! It's super easy - chunk up some cooked chicken breast, either leftover or cooked up for this, mix it with cooked up egg noodles, Campbell's Healthy Choice cream of chicken, some skim milk, broccoli florets, and bake for 30 minutes -- till bubbly - add a can of Durkee French Fried Onion Rings to the top - and every one is happy (except for John - he hates broccoli!)
