| Ideas for Father's Day I am having Fathers Day at my house this year. There should be about 25 people (I am counting kids as people ALSO - I would like to give each of the dads (there will be 6 of them) a small gift. Any ideas for that?

| We are doing something similar, but decided on fajitas, so we are having chicken and skirt steak, peppers and onions on the grill and then a fixins bar with the tortillas and toppings laid out like a buffet. The side dishes are a baked corn casserole, a black bean/corn salad, a tossed salad of some kind and a fruit salad. DH Pat does not care for the marinade, so nephew Andy is making some "plain" meat for him. I'm making the cake from Crystal for dessert as well as a strawberry shortcake. |

| How about a grilling set for all the dad's so they can help your DH grill the meat? For sides, baked beans can be baked the night before and served cold (at least I like them cold). Cucumbers in sour cream and vinegar can sit over night. Cole slaw, potato salad and deviled eggs can all be done ahead too! How about Ambrosia fruit salad?

| something we love with sausages - onions cooked till soft in butter and tons of worcheshire sauce. Fruit salad (chunk up fruit and toss) I love "church lady" greenbeans - canned green beans, bacon, and chopped onions cooked on the stove all day.

| Sides - potato/macaroni salad, cole slaw or summer slaw, beans, marinated grilled veggies. Gifts - I like the idea of the gift cards for Lowes or Home Depot, maybe Sears, too.
