| Chocolate "tourene" question.. Last weekend I went out with friends and we had a dessert that the waiter called "Chocolate Tourene with Raspberry Sauce". I don't know how to spell tourene (toureen, toreen, ?) and can't find a recipe. Can someone enlighten me? It was served as a brownie-sized piece of chocolate, not cakelike at all, sort of dense, rich chocolate.

| There is a recipe on Food Network : Healthy Recipe Collections, Party Ideas, Quick & Easy Recipes for a chocolate terrine. It sounds wicked good. A super rich recipe if I've ever seen one! Check it out and see if it sounds similar to what you had.

| Thank you! I was having no luck what with my hideous mis-spelling. That looks a lot like what we had so I'm going to give it a try.
