| I was wondering if anyone on here does Weight Watchers. I started today with my goal of losing all the weight I want to lose by the time I go to WDW in February. Any opinions or advice would be greatly appeciated. Thanks! |

| Yea like Dyan says--its a great place. I am allready there and losing weight!!! There is a lot of support there. And a occasional bit of trouble(Well I do like sugar a lot) If you want to go outside of Passporter there is also Sparkpeople--which is a lot of people losing weight. I like the support I am getting here though. Good luck.

| I am lifetime member on Weight Watchers, I lost 63 pounds and really do believe in the program. I think it's a great plan. It's not a "diet" but a lifestyle. I go out to eat and can still stay on program. Good luck with it and wish you success

| Weight Watchers is a wonderful program. I have tried almost everything with very little success. So far I have lost 50 lbs on WW. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself...well except of course going to WDW! Good Luck whatever you decide!

| I DID WW. I lost 70+ lbs. Then I quit. If you keep with it, the plan works. I was very happy with what I did when I did it. Now I need to get back with it. The picture with this post is me at about -65 lbs. Good Luck! Stick with the plan and you will do great! |

| WW's is the only program that has ever worked for me...I never feel deprived and it really helps you to make good food choices.

| What is great about Weight watchers is they teach you how to eat. And there is nothing you can't eat, so no need to cut anything out. I had to find a way to live with sugar as I have too much of a sweet tooth. WW allows me to do so and lose weight |

| I wish a Weight Watcher would go to Walt Disney World and put points on all the restaurants and snacks...I usually guesstimate while there...but it would be cool to have that guide while I am there. Dotti's Weight Loss Zone has a great list of restaurants with point values for most things...great resource.
