| Best Life Diet....Bob Greene anyone doing this plan???? it looks like plan that i might actually be able to work with....... and i am determined to lose weight!!!! i think kayla and i can do this one together......any thoughts of suggestion???? here is a link.... | That link seems to just go to the Fitness Scale, I don't see the actual plan regarding food and actual exercise plans, but from seeing him on Oprah I know he has a book and a pretty common sense approach to dieting. I'm not on plan right now. I have done the 90/10 plan (from a book) and I did LA Weight Loss to lose some baby weight. Both worked. I think it all comes down to your personal motivation and ability to stick with the plan you choose and then incorporating that into your lifestyle. Good luck
