| What did you have for dinner tonight? Tonight I made one of our favorites~stir fried veggies. In the wok I stir fried carrots, onions, garlic, zucchini, sugar snap peas, green beans, and mushrooms. I seasoned it with salt, fresh ground black pepper, Wyler's chicken bouillon, and sesame seeds. ![]() So what did you have for dinner tonight?

| We each had an omelette last night - I had peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms and DH had bacon with his as well. Let's just say both were a bit of a disaster... ![]()

Oh dear Cheryl!! We had Beef Rib-eye Steak and home made chips (fries) and mushrooms. It was very especially as I am not usually that good at cooking steaks.

| Last night I had grilled chicken, part of a baked potato and a "salad" - it was really just fruit, veggies, raisens, and ham with ranch dressing on top it. Weird, I know, but that's what I like to do when I go to a salad bar. Tonight I made a mini pizza (whole grain english muffin, split with pizza sauce, part-skim mozzerella cheese and turkey pepperoni) and a salad (a real one - lettuce, boiled egg whites, bacos, melba toast and fat-free french dressing). Yummy. ![]()

| Joe's working lots of overtime right now (he's an electrician), so he hasn't been home for dinner, and my kids are ridiculously picky. Tonight was hot dogs and corn. I had 5 or 6 chicken cheddar jalapeno poppers that I grabbed out of the freezer and put in the microwave. I didn't want any hot dogs tonight.
