What did you have for dinner tonight?

Tonight I made one of our favorites~stir fried veggies. In the wok I stir fried carrots, onions, garlic, zucchini, sugar snap peas, green beans, and mushrooms. I seasoned it with salt, fresh ground black pepper, Wyler's chicken bouillon, and sesame seeds.

So what did you have for dinner tonight?

We each had an omelette last night - I had peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms and DH had bacon with his as well. Let's just say both were a bit of a disaster...

It was really hot here so last night we had chef salads. I had mine with ham and 2 kinds of cheese. DH had shrimp, ham and 2 kinds of cheese. Both had grape tomatos, mushrooms and a 5-lettuce blend.

Oh dear Cheryl!!

We had Beef Rib-eye Steak and home made chips (fries) and mushrooms. It was very especially as I am not usually that good at cooking steaks.

Last night I had grilled chicken, part of a baked potato and a "salad" - it was really just fruit, veggies, raisens, and ham with ranch dressing on top it. Weird, I know, but that's what I like to do when I go to a salad bar.

Tonight I made a mini pizza (whole grain english muffin, split with pizza sauce, part-skim mozzerella cheese and turkey pepperoni) and a salad (a real one - lettuce, boiled egg whites, bacos, melba toast and fat-free french dressing). Yummy.

Joe's working lots of overtime right now (he's an electrician), so he hasn't been home for dinner, and my kids are ridiculously picky. Tonight was hot dogs and corn. I had 5 or 6 chicken cheddar jalapeno poppers that I grabbed out of the freezer and put in the microwave. I didn't want any hot dogs tonight.
