| Tried a new way to cook Pork Chops I dredged them in whole wheat flour with salt, pepper, and some other seasoning in it. Then, I fried them for a couple of minutes on each side in a bit of vegetable oil. Cut up 2 granny Smith apples, and a medium onion, dumped them on the pork chops, sprinkled with a small amount of red wine vinegar, put the lid on the pan, and put the whole thing in a 350 degree oven for about 30 or 40 minutes. I didn't eat any (I don't usually eat meat), but DH, DD and BiL all said they were wonderful. DH I believe. He'll tell me if it's not good.
