| Roasted Garlic - What do I do with it?? I bought some roasted garlic at one of my favorite health food/gourmet deli stores and I'm not entirely sure what to do with it! LOL We don't really eat bread, so eating it slathered on bread would be out. I had a Low-Carb tortilla today with ham, turkey and cheese and had heated up the garlic. I would pop a piece into the roll-up as I'd take a bite and it was quite tasty. But I have a lot more and would like to use it. Any suggestions?

| And just what is wrong with eating it straight up with a spoon? I would add it to everything - seriously. I'd put it on sandwiches, wraps, salads (mmm...with some mandarin oranges or strawberries), mix it into chicken salad and stuff it all in a tomato, add it to cous cous, mix it with butter and herbs and keep it on hand for spreading on snacks for unexpected company...

| Mix with a bit of herbs and add to hot low carb pasta, Use you tortilla as a pizza base. Try adding the cloves with some shredded Gruyere or mozzarella and torn basil, mashed potatoes, add to gravy with roasts... You've got lots of options! ![]()

| take chicken breasts and pound them thin.. spread the garlic in the middle and then roll it up and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.. bake at 350 until juices run clear from the chicken.. You could also toss it with tomato, fresh basil and olive oil and pasta.. maybe a sprinkle of parmessan? Personally though I cant imagine it better than just slathered on some crusty bread
