Normally we have homemade pizza on Saturday nights but since it's chilly
here we are having homemeade Beef Stew. I guess we will do the
pizza on Sunday.

Last night (Friday) we ate out at El Tequilas. I have the beef Chimichanga with refried beans and rice. Kevin had the Taco salad. Tonight will be the really good night. It's steak night at the Elks. So steak, baked potato, salad, roll and dessert.
Today is my cooking marathon day
I'm making spag. sauce and turkey meatballs (for the freezer for future after work dinners) homemade chicken noodle veg. soup (starting it today and eating it for dinner tomorrow night) and then BBQ ribs with mashed and a veg. for tonight.
