Oh does that sandwich ever look good! I'll have to give that a whirl! I did have to chuckle at the name. DH's brother-in-law looks exactly like a Marlboro Man!
Last night for dinner, DS#1 Luke's gal came for the evening. I wasn't planning on cooking so I threw together a quick meal. The biggest problem is I can't find out what the girl likes or dislikes. So I took frozen boneless chicken breasts and did half in BBQ and half in a quick breading, yellow rice and fries, mixed veggies and a salad. I finally found out she doesn't eat much salad. I told Luke we have to work on this if she's coming over a lot for dinner!
Tonight is Corn Moussaka and salad. Tomorrow will be leftovers for DH and the girls. DS and I have a school function, and we'll just grab something quick before it starts. No time to come home.
Tonight 2/23 was balsamic chicken tenders over baby spinach and orzo salad. I've already made tomorrows 2/24 dinner, as it said to cook the day before so the flavors could meld........beef and barley soup!

No cooking tomorrow night!
