Tonight is potroast in the crockpot -- so we can eat a bit early. DD's third grade concert is tonight and we have to be at school at what would normally be suppertime.
I'm just trying to summon the energy to go and make roast chicken with mashed potatoes, cauliflower cheese, peas and yorkshire puds, I am going to cheat with the puds though!!!
Yesterday was Hamburger Helper (ugh at DS's urgent request) with biscuits.
Tonight is Fried fish fillets, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese
Tommorrow is BBQ chicken, baked potatoes and corn
Tonight I made Swiss Chicken which was posted over on the Budget Board. It was yummy. Served it with salad.
Tomorrow I'm putting a beef stew in the crock pot. Will make biscuits or corn muffins to go with.
Walt still has this stomach virus we've been passing around, so DJ and I opted to make as few food smells as possible at dinnertime. DJ had a PB&J sammy, pineapple yogurt, and applesauce. I had some leftover mac & cheese and I sliced up a leftover hot dog and tossed it in with the mac & cheese. Oh, and an apple for dessert.

That's really considerate. I hope everyone gets and stays well.
We're having kielbasa, peppers, onions, red beans and rice tonight along with wheat french bread.

I had pizza again last night - from the sports bar downstairs. I'm going home today, so NO MORE SPORTS BAR FOOD. Not sure what I'll have tonight - if I get hungry early, it'll be something from the airport; if not, something either on my way home or when I get home.
