| Last night ended up being baked orange rugby... ...roughy. It was the absolute best I've had in ages!! I recently bought it frozen at Costco. Added yellow rice and peas and presto! Dinner.

| Last night was another barbecue - Mark had pork and home-made apple sauce and I had tuna steak, with salad and potato salad.

| Well, we just finished the grilled brats, grilled corn, and homemade slaw. I was going to make Glenn a pecan pie for his birthday but it's too hot and humid to turn on the oven. Soooo, I came up with cutting the recipe in half and making it into a tart. I baked it in a small jelly roll pan in the toaster oven for 40 min. It looks and smells ![]()

| I need to go grocery shopping so there's not a lot of choices in my fridge right now. But for tonight I had scrambled eggs with an assortment of crepes. OMG, the crepes were delish, this was my first time making them with french vanilla coffeemate instead of milk and I don't think I would ever go back! |

| Last night was a graduation open house - tacos, chips and salsa, veggies and dip, fruit salad and cake. Tonight we went to a birthday party and had hamburgers, hotdogs, potato salad, jello salad, chips/dip, baked beans and the best.....ice cream cake! I haven't cooked all weekend!

| Took DH out for dinner to a place called Quaker Steak and Lube. He had ribs and baked beans. Chat had boneless extra-hot grilled wings. I had pulled pork and baked beans. We shared a plate of loaded magna fries and brought a bucket of hot wings home for tomorrow's lunch. The food was okay, but we had a great time. DH likes Starbucks too so we went on a small journey to a new Starbucks I found. That was dessert.

| Sorry everyone I didn't post anything yesterday although we were home (Erick lucked out and didn't work, so I was helping him celebrate Father's Day). Well this weekend's dinner's were: Friday: Cracker Barrel-I had the Chicken and Dumplings with Mashed Potatoes and Fried Apples, and shared that and got Skyler a side of Mac & Cheese. Saturday: Denny's on our way home from PA-I had some Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Hash Browns and Skyler had a side of fruit (bananas, cantelope, & grapes). Last night was Steak however Erick and I had a snack of pizza at the movies. We're having turkey tonight. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and all the dad's on here had a Wonderful Father's Day!

| Leftovers here for the next few nights. I'm so lucky that DH likes leftovers. Since there's just two of us I could either halve a recipe or make the full recipe and freeze the leftovers. I choose to do the latter. I don't want to eat the same thing the next night but I'll plan to have it within 3 days or I freeze it.
