| No barbecue here tonight... not because of the weather. We didn't have anything left to cook, so we had fish and chips!

| I lied sorry, last night was Rotisserie Chicken (not Turkey). Tonight was beef tacos and refried beans, however I stuck some leftover Rotisserie Chicken in my tacos and no refried beans for me!

| It really is too hot to cook or grill or even eat hot foods. So I'm making an Asian style salad. I have some leftover cooked asian pork in the freezer that i'll warm up slightly. I'm going to mix it with lettuce, carrots strips, sliced water chestnuts, red and green pepper strips, and top with chow mein noodles and peanuts. I'll use an Asian dressing that we already have but DH doesn't like. He can have Balsamic Vinagarette or Catalina whichever floats his boat. Hope the salad turns out good.

| Tonight is Ham for us. I don't know side dishes yet. I'll probably have to update later on that or tomorrow when DH is at work since we're back to sharing a computer for a little while while DSIL is borrowing mine while her's hit the fan.

| Cooked last night and it was a disaster! I put shake 'n bake pork chops in the oven because I thought we were all home and ready for dinner. Not!!! Had to run to Lowes to buy stones for the yard. Chat was trying to do some yardwork and needed them. Guess what happened while I was gone? , overcooked chops!!So just got home from work and we decided it was a pizza night! Always a good night when it's pizza.

| We had boneless chicken breasts - prepared 3 ways for the 3 of us! DH had BBQ. Chat covered his in all kinds of seasonings with lots of red pepper. Mine was just the seasonings. Add a salad with apples, cranberries, candied walnuts, cheese, croutons and lettuce of course -- mashed potatoes w/chicken gravy and fresh corn on the cob.
