| We had tacos tonight with homemade ice cream and strawberries for dessert. Tomorrow I'm afraid it's going to be leftovers. We seem to have lots of little odds and ends in the fridge again.

| We had a massive lunch out yesterday - I had crab and cherry tomato quiche and Mark had coronation chicken, followed by a slice of cake. As a result, we really weren't hungry when it got to dinner, so we had a bit of cheese and some crispbakes and that was it for us. ![]()

| Crab, yummy! I still need to get over to Maryland one of these days as it's our neighboring state and try some of that delicious blue crab you have over there. Sadly I've only had King and Snow Crab (but still love it). And shrimp, even more yummy. I was craving grilled shrimp last night.

| Last night was chicken from Poppeyes. With it was coleslaw and baked beans, although I was good and only ate a drumstick and a grilled chicken topped small garden salad with it. Tonight is Turkey Tenderloin and mashed potatoes and another veggie tbd.

| I'm making a Polynesian Chicken Pasta Salad along with egg rolls. The pasta salad has chicken, pineapple, pasta, celery, green onions, and a sauce made with the pineapple juice, a touch of soy sauce, and mayo. We've never had it but it sounded good.

Dinner last night was broiled salmon, red beans and rice and fresh green beans for some of us and orange roughy for Chat. Very light and delicious! I even had room for a Lancaster County red-velvet whoopie pie!
