| Drum roll please First, I wiped down the kitchen because it had not been used for close to 3 weeks! Took a full-sized sirloin steak - marinated in worchester and cooking wine. Added beef broth and baked until it was fork perfect. Added tons of mushrooms and peas and mushroom soup. Cooked it for another hour. Thickened it up and served over noodles. ![]() Tonight?

| I'm going to a late night crop and the food theme is sandwiches or salad's. I've been craving egg salad sandwiches and besides it's inexpensive so that's what I made. It's a new recipe and really yummy. I used small potato buns/rolls to make small sandwiches. DH get's off work at 8 something so he's having meatloaf with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans followed by apple cranberry crisp. Don't be impressed. It's a healthy choice frozen dinner.

| Tonight was pork chops - Shaked and Baked Tomorrow we are making ribs (4 hours on the grill, indirect heat . . . it's a process. haha). I think I will make some baked potatoes to go with them . . . and we might pop by the farmer's market and pick up some corn on the cob while we are out in the afternoon. Sunday is DD's Girl Scout picnic and I have no clue what kinds of food will be there . . . it'll either be picnic food or drive-thru Sunday night. ![]()

| We had grilled steak, tossed salad (romaine, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, cheese, and croutons), and stuffed mushrooms (mushroom caps stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, shredded cheddar, real chopped bacon, season to taste - bake at 450 for 10 minutes and then finish with broiling the top) ![]()
