| Last night, we invited Mark's youngest DS round with her family, as they don't have a kitchen - they're remodelling. We did salmon for her and myself, steaks for the guys and sausages for the kids, with salad, potato salad, garlic mushrooms and Mark's homemade tomato and pepper sauce. Then we had strawberries and cream for dessert. ![]()

| Well I was going to fix a simple dinner of tuna salad sandwiches but we went out for lunch after church with Glenn's family. We went to Red Lobster. I had lobster pizza. I must have been inspired after reading Chez's Japan TR today. So I'm not sure what will be dinner. I may not even want to eat but DH will need dinner.

| Last night we were at a wedding. They had a pasta bar, salad and bread. Tonight........we will probably order pizza. After a very stressful week and a very busy weekend - I don't feel like cooking!

| We ended up with small chicken pot pies from Schwann's. Just enough.

| Roasted fingerling potatoes, fresh green beans, okra gumbo (for me), and parmesan chicken breast (for DH), watermelon for dessert. (I went to the local fresh produce market yesterday. Still have more to cook, but a good start!)

| Catch up.... June 13th - that was Saturday? Oh, pork 'n saurekraut, kielbasi, hot dogs, mixed vegetables and mashed potates. Yesterday -- Chat was working really hard in the yard - taking out bricks and redesigning part of our landscape. He likes steak so I threw in a sirloin, boiled red potatoes, caesar salad and corn on the cob. No clue about tonight.

| I am retracting what we had last night! We didn't even have pizza. I wasn't hungry, so dh had cheese and crackers and some leftover chicken salad on crackers. Tonight we are going to have grilled bbq chicken, baked potatoes, green beans. Yes - I am actually cooking tonight! ![]()
