I'm going to attempt some grilled pork chops tonight. Usually I just use Shake n' Bake, so this will be an adventure....

Sorry for my hiatus on this discussion. We've had a lot go on that between having to open up a Police Investigation, get the bank to help us get our money back from someone making fraudulent charges using my ATM Card, and preparing for my mom's arrival I lost track with what we had for dinner last week, but I can back track our dinners from Saturday on: Sat. we ate dinner at Wendy's, Mom had a Mandrin Chicken Salad, and I had a side garden salad (no dressing on mine) and a cup of Mandrin oranges. Sunday Mom and I both ate the rest of our burritos we had from lunch from Chipotle. Last night (Monday) my mom took my MIL, FIL, SIL, DH, DS, & I out to Golden Corral and we all had what we wanted there. I don't remember what tonight's dinner is, but sorry guys last week is a total blur for me as I was more concentrated on making sure DH's paychecks wouldn't leave us with nothing and we could still pay our bills.

It was supposed to be grilled pork chops, but it was raining small cats and dogs all afternoon and this evening, so the pork chops went into the oven and became baked pork chops. We also had mashed potatoes and lima beans.

What a horrible mess! Hope it's all straightened out.

Tonight is going to be homemade shrimp potstickers! ETA: Scratch that...since it's supposed to pour rain tomorrow, I'll leave the potstickers for then. The kids and I had hotdogs and DH is having grilled pork chops!

I came home tonight to omelettes, with fresh eggs from a friend - their hens laid them over the weekend - with asparagus and peppers. For starters, we had jumbo prawns.

Wow! What an adventure!

I hope it gets all straightened out and quickly!!!! No wonder you can't remember what you had for dinner!

Hey Marnie, I know you scratched the shrimp potstickers, but I just have to ask! How do you make all of your potstickers? I read your posts about them all the time and wish I knew how to do it!
