| We went out again tonight!  I had a side salad and a baked potato. Dh had a steak sandwich and fries.

| Tonight was hamburgers, french fries for the guys and macaroni salad for the rest of us. Chat had bought some fresh green beans so I took 1/2 the package and boiled them quickly with beef broth and onions. They were the best part of the meal.  We started with our favorite in the summer time - watermelon salad with a scoop of sherbert on top. Delicious!

| Tonight we are grilling steaks. Not sure what we will have with them but I am leaning towards something really easy like a bag of microwave steamable golden potatoes in butter sauce and some broccoli in 3 cheese sauce.

| I still haven't made my meatloaf. Last night I took some leftover roast beef that had been slow cooked with pepperoncini out of the freezer and made beef and cheese melts with it. It was delicious!  Tonight we had subs, chips, and sorbet for dessert. I'm guessing meatloaf tomorrow!

| Because we were out seeing family for half the evening, we ended up with McDonalds. I had mozzarella dippers and about 10 fries, followed by the Mint Choc Chip Cornetto McFlurry - very nice.

| We decided on Red Lobster. We shared appetizers - stuffed mushrooms, mozarella sticks and coconut shrimp. My entree was Pick 2 - salmon and snowcrab. Salmon was terrible so one bite and passed it off on someone else.  But the snow crab was to die for! Perfect!
