| Ended up having Sweet 'n Sour Meatballs over noodles with peas last night. Easy to make, but tastes delicious!

| i'm making my infamous meatloaf tonight stuffed with mozzerella and ham . mashed pot, and a vegtable have not got to that point yet .lol salad

| We ate out, St Louis style BBQ ribs , beef brisket, corn on the cobb, cornbread, mashed potatoes and BBQ baked beans. So good I wore the sauce home on my shirt.

| DH and I decided to drive to Starbucks and Target. We have them about 20-30 minutes away, but we went to the newer ones which are an hour away. And then we goofed around so the day dwindled away! We stopped for KFC on the way home. We had grilled and original chicken, mashed potatoes 'n gravy, coleslaw, mac 'n cheese and biscuits. I added a can of corn because Chat doesn't like their slaw or mac. First time with the grilled chicken -- it was delicious!

| We're having grilled pork chops, cheesy garlic bread, and marinated sliced cucumber, sliced red onion, tomato's (the marinade is cider vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed - boiled for 3 minutes, cooled, and marinate the onion and cuc's for 3-8 hours. Add sliced tomatoes just before serving)

As you know, we eat really-really late. Just put a beef roast - potatoes - carrots in the oven. I'll make gravy and macaroni and cheese to go along with it. Hope it doesn't burn! I've noticed our oven temperature has been off recently! It's driving me crazy and the stove is only about 2 years old!
