| I've been so darned busy writing papers for school that cooking just hasn't been a priority.  :Now that all of the classes are done, we celebrated with grilled Irish garlic sausages served up with sauteed onions in beer sauce. We had veggie rice as a side. Yummy!

| It was a leftover night. We're off to see Harry Potter and didn't want to cook! Chat had burgers and DH had sweet 'n sour meatballs. I'm holding out for a box of candy!  Snow Caps, here I come!

| Last night was baked chicken fingers (thanks pp friends), mashed potatoes, and spinach. Then I made 5 dozen meatballs in a homemade sauce for dinner tonight. I guess we will be eating meatballs forever!!!

| Being ambitious and hosting an appetizer party tomorrow night! Up late doing prep and cleaning actually! The Menu: hummus w/ pita and veggies for dipping oriental chicken wings shrimp wrapped in proscuitto cherry tomato poppers mini crab cakes texas caviar corn and spinach fritters philly steak bruschetta charcuterie platter brie kisses veggie curry wontons sausage/mushroom pinwheel loaf bowtie pasta salad Tried to cover the carnivores, fishies, and veggies, and now realize I actually have 6 vegetarian dishes! heh heh they'll eat better and not even know it!
