| Did you ever find a ziploc bag that you missed marking? I looked at it and thought - oh, boneless ribs.  ! It was sirlioin steak I had cut in half and it folded into 4 pieces! Wierd.I was originally BBQing boneless ribs and chicken with those huge baked potatoes DH found. Ended up with BBQ beef and chicken.  Added a salad. (And of course, Chat had plain -- not a fan of BBQ.)Good, but not what I was expecting.

| I actually felt up to cooking again last night - well ish - I made a Stilton salad, complete with out first home grown cucumber of the year and it tasted wonderful.

| Last night was a horrible roast I made in the crock pot. It cooked all day and while the meat was done, the veggies were NOT! Then, the meat was tough, I think it may have been the cut of meat, not my cooking. My grandmother bought it and she tends to get not so great meat. So, to make up for that, tonight I am making grilled pork chops with citrus marinade, some sort of starch side (maybe some rice, haven't had any in a while) and brussel sprouts and green beans.

| I have a london broil marinating in the fridge. We're going to grill it along with some corn on the cob, and potatoes (none for me, though-- I'm on Weight Watchers, and trying to watch complex carbs). I also have a salad.
