| Last night I made beer batter chicken strips and home made fries and tonight I am making rib-eye steak with mashed potatos and onion gravy.

| We had a gift card for Red Lobster, so I met dh there tonight. I had coconut shrimp and broccoli. Dh had popcorn shrimp and the baked potatoe.

| I made a caesar chicken pasta salad that we had with sliced homegrown tomatoes and a slice of french bread.

| Tonight DD made blueberry pancakes and bacon for dinner.  It's one of my favorites. Tomorrow I plan to make a meatloaf and baked potatoes.

| DH insisted on going out for dinner last night to cheer me up and we had a superb meal. I had breaded mushrooms and ranch dip to start, followed by tomato risotto and salmon fillet and finished off with profiteroles.

| *Ahi Tuna steaks on the grill, with grilled snow peas and new potatoes. * Salmon, whole slab, skin on, with green onion and brown sugar, and lemon on top. Drizzle a little butter and add pepper and salt to taste! yum

| My kids requested meatballs so I defrosted the meatballs I froze last time I made them and we are having meatballs, stuffed shells and garlic bread.
