| Ooey gooey Caramel Pie Hey y'all! My family and I ate at O'Charley's this past weekend. We love the ooey goeey pie. We usually get one piece and split it between the 3 of us, because it's so rich. The waitress gave us the recipe if anyone is interested. I can post it. Very simple to make. I have not made it yet, but it looks almost too easy. |

| This is what she told us: A large can of sweetened condensed milk, they use the size that you would find at a warehouse. Do not open the can, immerse the can in a crock pot or stock pot with boiling water, and boil inside of can for 5 to 6 hours. Once it is cool enough to handle with pot holders, pour into a graham cracker crust. She said the large can would make 5 to 6 pies. Refrigerate. Before serving top with cool whip, miniature chocolate chips or caramel chips and pecans or nut of your choice. I got 2 small cans to try but haven't done it yet. |
