I just don't have any inclination to do much of anything today. I don't if it's because I'm coming down with something or I'm resting up for busy busy week.

DH picked up already smoked BBQ ribs and red skin potato salad. Yum! Just what I wanted and I didn't even know it.

Dinner last night for the guys was KFC. They had the grilled and crispy chicken, mashed potates, cole slaw, macaroni and cheese and corn bread.

It was a disaster getting the food: It took 45 minutes from beginning to end!
And then the order was wrong and the food just didn't look that great! They didn't mind, men! But while I was in line forever, I text Luke and asked him to make cookies. Luke enjoys making the no-bake cookies. And sure enough, he made the perfectly! So I had an Icee Mocha from Panera Bread (no Starbucks in the town I was in ) and 2 oatmeal cookies for dinner! But it was delicious!

No clue yet for today. The guys jsut had KFC leftovers for lunch...and me, 2 more cookies!

Ooooo, no bakes - my absolute favorite. I haven't had them in awhile. Need to make some.

Tonight is grilled burgers and red skin potato salad from last night. It's got to be easy stuff this week because DH works late and I'm working at vacation bible school starting tonight.

We had the most amazing lunch yesterday at our friend's, which meant I only snacked in the evening - dips and Doritos and carrots to start, then tuna steaks with salad, new potatoes and garlic bread, finished off with brandy snap baskets, ice creams and raspberry sauce.

Must be it wasn't a good night to get food out. We went to Friendly's last night and were there for almost 2 hours. Everything took forever. Poor Aiden even fell asleep in the booth.

Tonight we are grilling hamburgers for DH, hot dogs for the kids and a marinated chicken breast for me

Definitely not a good weekend for take-out!

But last night I decided to make taco salads and then the guys added a soft taco or two. Had yellow rice, refried beans and corn too.

No clue yet about tonight. I feel like pizza (but when don't I feel like pizza ), but little chance of that today!

Last night DH did a Terriyaki tri tip and corn on the cob on the grill. I made rice and broccoli to go with. It was delicious!
Tonight we're having shredded chicken tacos and watermelon.
