| I ate at a place that was on the food network The show was extreme pig outs , the place was Country Pancake House . i walked in it was a small place with only about 20 + tables and i really did not like the decor at all . the server was OK , But the food was awesome i had the signature order large pancakes which were about 12" to 16" round that i shared with molly and philip which i still did not even dent at all. but they were awesome . my wife had a regular order of banana pancakes that was out of this world , bit then again she did not even dent at all. My mom had something interesting i think it was called frattata it was i waffle and on top she ordered was egg ham and cheesse . and again it was out of this world . but after all that we asked for the check me and mom started to fight on who was going to pay we were saying with all that and drinks it should of come up too about 55.00 - 60.00 wrong it all came to 37.08 OMG  great food and great pricing what could i ask for . this place come highly reccommended from me to try .

| Sounds good! We try to visit places that are featured on the Food Net. or Travel Chan. We also have a great show on PBS called "Check Please!" It features different restaurants around Chicago. If Lou and I had a ton of $ we'd vist every one of them! I'm glad you guys found a gem!
