| How do you cook your cookies on a pampered chef stone? Do you leave them on the stone for a few more minutes after taking them out of the oven? Or do you take them out when you think they are ready to come out and then you place them on a cooling rack? I'm curious... ![]()

My rule of thumb is that anything "gooey" (ie: chocolate chips, etc) needs to sit a minute or 2 and firm up or else they fall apart. But anything solid (ie: oatmeal, pb, etc) I put right on the rack. And I must add, LOVE LOVE LOVE my PC stoneware. I cook just about everything on/in them | |

| I generally take the cookies off the stone if they are done and put them on a cooling rack. Because the stone stays hot, your cookies will keep baking if you leave them on the stone. I love the stone, and use it for everything.

| I 'cool' any cookie I make on the stone for a minute or two and then put it on a rack (PC of course I too am a HUGE fan of PC products - I have a LOT of their stuff that I've purchased or 'earned' over the last 12+ years! I LOVE to have PC parties - at least one every 18 months.

| I always let mine sit for a minute or two before transferring them to a cooling rack.
