| Grilled burgers and tossed garden salad. For dessert, we had apples cooked with butter, brown sugar, and pecans. The apple was from our tree in the backyard.

| Couldn't find any hamburg or would have done the burgers! Made chicken cordon bleu, rice and broccoli mix with a salad. Added something new to our salad - fresh peaches. It added a nice sweet bite!

| We gave a new burger joint called Tahoe Burger a try last night. It was really good. I'm thinking we'll probably just pick something up on our way home tonight. Bad, bad, bad. But we're busy, busy, busy!

| A friend's husband died this past weekend so I had the viewing to go to tonight. With the craziness I thought I'd better pop something in before I left because I wouldn't feel like it afterwards. We had stuffed green peppers, mashed potatoes and green beans. I had a little twist with the peppers. We were out of white rice (which I didn't realize) and I didn't have time to run to the store before the viewing. So I dug in the cupboards and found an Uncle Ben's Roasted Garlic Rice (pre-made) that I had bought one time, but we never tried it. (apparently, huh?!
