Pancake Puff's

I just made these the first time last week , and they were really good .
but i have to say i burnt the first batch i only made the origanal pancakes .
But if anyone has used this is there any suggestions you can give to me.

How do you make them? I might have missed seeing the recipe. They sound good.

It was one of the as seen on TV things , it is a cast iron grill that is like a half moon there are 8 on it . and you flip them with bamboo sticks . i just made the reg pancake receipies .

I think these are called ebelskivers. I want to buy the pan to try making them . They sell one at Williams-Sonoma, but I am sure it is cheaper other places. I have found lots of different recipes for them on line. I want to try them stuffed with sausage. I think it might take some practice to get them right!

LOL We bought that dang thing too and couldn't figure out how to NOT burn them! LOL The first batch came out ok, but after that, total chaos. Needless to say, it hasn't been used since! LOL

Try the as seen on TV section i can say it will be cheaper then william sonoma .

i think it has to do with the fire i burnt the first batch the second one was less dark then the rest were perfect . if you are affrais of them burning try starting with a lower light . they are really good .
