| BBQ Sauce Do you use pre made or do you make it from scratch? It seems like we are constantly buying and using bottles of BBQ sauce, we usually try to get a new brand each time. But never find one we fall in love with... If you make your own, would you share your recipe?

| I use bottled and seem to use one brand for several years before getting tired of it and trying a new brand. My current is one of the Jack Daniels sauces. Before that I really liked Sweet Baby Rays. I've even been known to mix different sauces together. |

| We only use bottled as well . . . on occasion we'll use KC Masterpiece (I like the mesquite and the hickory) but I LOVE a really sweet smoky sauce and if I am buying a bottle at the store, believe it or not, my favorite is cheap old Kraft Honey Hickory Smoke.

| I make my own -- from a recipe that one of my friend's mom came up with. (It's won cook-off awards!) It's easy to make, takes like 5 minutes and the taste is awesome -- perfectly in line with my personal idea of BBQ sauce. I'll try to find the recipe and post it tomorrow. Eileen

| I use both store bought and homemade, depending on my mood and how much time I have. Store bought, we like Cattleman's Original. For homemade, I use Emeril Lagasse's recipe. It has a lot of ingredients, but OH-So Delicious. Here is a link for the recipe: Emeril's Homemade BBQ Sauce and Creole Seasoning Recipe | Barbecuing | Reader's Digest. Enjoy!
