| Had planned to put a chicken in the crockpot this morning, but it wasn't thawed out yet, so that will be tomorrow's dinner! So, tonight it's leftovers. We have a bunch, so it's a good thing.

| I've got the chicken in the slow cooker today. I skinned it, seasoned it with salt and pepper and stuffed the cavity with a quartered onion and celery. We'll make mashed potatoes, stove top, and corn to go with.

| Tonight is the leftover Taco Soup from earlier in the week along with cheesy breadsticks. Perfect for a cold and rainy day. We've had close to 5" since 9 am today. Tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday will be easy stuff. We have a very full weekend.
