| I played with the recipe for Boma's butternut squash soup I had a hankering for this soup the other day and saw butternut squash on sale. BINGO! I put up pictures and the recipe at my blog. It made a tasty dinner last night and I was able to freeze portions for later.  Eileen

| I love to make butternut squash soup. The other day I made a butternut squash pasta dish that was just yummy. With the elbow mac and cubes of squash it was really delish. I just hate cutting the squash. It's really tough to cut when you have wrist issues.

| This is one of them... I can't think of the name of the other sweet-ish Boma soup. However, the two Boma recipes on AllEars.net didn't come out sweet when I tried them. That's why I added honey to my version and it tasted just like I remembered from the restaurant. (Honey and good chili powder is a great combo -- we love it on chicken.) Eileen

| Ginger Carrot Soup is the other one. I tried to make it once using the recipe on AllEars. It just wasn't the same  :

| Ohh... I love that soup! We tried the recipe once and it wasn't quite the same as the Boma version, so we'll have to try your recipe... and see if we can recreate the magic! Yummy!!!

| Oh my! I loved that soup at Boma, and it sounds so good for the fall weather. Since its gluten free, I'm putting squash and cauliflower on my grocery shopping list for next week. I can hardly wait to try it. Thanks for the recipe.

| Sure thing! I guess I should mention that it's definitely GF as both my son and I are Celiacs. (He's been formally diagnosed, I only found out after I went GF as a "solidarity" move and then, a few months later, got glutenized -- man, was I ever S.I.C.K.) Eileen

| Yummmm. I'm going to have to try this I love butternut squash soup and love the idea of getting cauliflower which I don't really like in to my diet.
