Tonight was baked haddock, roasted potatoes, baby peas, and asparagus. My dh doesn't know about the asparagus though, because I ate it all before I made his plate

Had no clue what to eat tonight...I really need to go grocery shopping. We have lots of side dishes and no meats to go with them. Anyway, Katie had pizza rolls and I made myself a mushroom and cheese omelet. Well more like scrambled eggs...it didn't flip so well.
