Last night we ordered Wrestlemania and had people over, so we made a huge pan of lasagna and fried chicken and stuffed mushrooms. I was all over the place with what to cook, so we had a little of everything.

I had a busy weekend so I'll try to play a little catch up. Friday I went to my dad's house for a bday dinner with that side of the family. I had eggplant parmesan and a side of spaghetti. Saturday I went out for dinner at a hibachi Japanese restaurant and had chicken and shrimp with fried rice, veggies and soup and salad. Last night I had dinner at my grandparents house and we had Five Guys- little bacon cheeseburger and fries. I posted in another thread about my bday present. Last night I made a spicy Thai noodle bowl with a peanut sauce, chicken and broccoli. I use low sodium soy and DD thought it needed more salt.

i have a nuwave oven that is a good alternative to the oven if it's broken an/or you don't feel like using the oven. It is the best kitchen appliance ever!
