We heard about this years ago for my dad when he was sick. I don't remember exactly why we were told to do this for him - maybe to make sure he stayed hydrated - but he didn't care for it. He preferred to eat his grapes, not suck on them or have them in a drink.

One year when we have our diabetes support group picnic, the dietician I work with rolled the grapes in diet jello! Green grapes were rolled in red jello and red grapes rolled in green jello then frozen. You could use any jello of course but omg they were awesome! So refreshing!
Another thing to try is the mixed frozen fruit at target...market pantry brand. It is peaches, pineapple, grapes, strawberries and honeydew melon! It's a great snack!
I was told about this as a snack when trying to lose weight a couple years ago. Love them and you eat them slower then fresh grapes so you normally don't eat as much.
