I was planning to fry catfish tonight; but a long day of school shopping was ended with eating out at a chinese buffet.... so, tomorrow will be the catfish...

Tonight we had burgers (dh a regular burger, me a turkey burger) on the grill, homemade guacamole and chips and green beans. Dh also had some potato salad.
