I was out of town for New Year's and i'm finally getting back into a normal routine with cooking. Last night I made ground turkey lettuce wraps. You add taco seasoning to the ground turkey and add cheese and whatever toppings you'd like so they taste like tacos. SO yummy!!

Tonight is Chinese takeout. Even though we have the new kitchen, we're spending all our time putting stuff back in it, meaning we have no energy to cook.

With the holidays, I haven't cooked many "regular meals lately, but last night was a winner according to DS! We had baked chicken coated with Kraft Fresh Take Italian Parmesan mix, steamed rice and a vegetable medley of broccoli, carrots and red peppers.

DS15 is working tonight and DS12 is at a friend's house then off to a skating party for the evening. DH and I are having cereal and toast!

Last night we went to Chipotle. We both had the bowls - I had rice, chicken, salsa, lettuce and guacamole. Dh had rice, steak, lettuce, sour cream and cheese.
