It's expensive and hard to get (you have to mail order it or go to a Williams-Sonoma store), but Cup4Cup is worth every penny when it comes to baking up "difficult" recipes like pie crust.
I just made a double-crust mincemeat pie last night and had to interrupt my husband's intense pie-devouring to ask for his opinion on the success. He said the flavor was totally there (this was the ATK recipe made with vodka, if you know the one I'm talking about), but it was a tiny bit gritty. Still, the texture did not stop his enjoyment, like has happened with other GF flours and pie crust.
I won't use it for every-day type recipes (it's a tad expensive and Pamela's and Jules' flours work great for things like bread and pancakes.) But, for difficult recipes like pie crust and fresh pasta, I'm a "Cup4Cup girl" all the way now!
Me too - I use Jules for cookies and for thickening sauces. Works great. It was too sticky and hard to roll out when I used it for pie dough, though.
I watched the video on pizza making with Cup4Cup over at the Williams-Sonoma website. My jaw is literally hanging open after having seen her pick up the rolled out dough without it sticking to everything. It's amaaaaaazing!

So worth the money for me but I do buy it when it is on sale or free shipping. I also like her graham cracker mix and cookie mix.
We tried the Cup4Cup pizza dough mix tonight and I wasn't as thrilled with it as I'd hoped. It *was* easy to mix and roll out, and there was no extra rise, so that was nice. But it just didn't have the same flavoring as the Jules GF flour recipe I'd been using.
I have another packet, so I'll try the pizza dough mix again, but I'll add in garlic powder and oregano before I roll it out.
